
Eeek! We officially have less than one month to go until the Fourth of July! Where did the time go, people? lol I can't believe we only have days instead of months until the end of the Challenge! NSV's: I ran about a mile around my neighborhood. It's hilly and windy so it was a great workout.
Weekly Summary: I haven't been tracking points for weight watchers :( Also, I didn't run my 3 miles for couch potato to 5k...I need to get back on track.
Strategies for Success for the Coming Week: I'm tracking my points and running a 5k on Saturday.

NSV's: Did reasonably well being sick this week
Weekly Summary: It was an AWFUL week, I have been really sick with a sinus infection/chest/head cold, feverish and everything, so have been eating lots of comfort foods.
Strategies for Success for the Coming Week: Getting back on plan, and exercising again, haven't felt well enough to exercise that much this week.

Weekly Summary: Baseball + camping + failing to plan= not much exercise and not many fruits/veggies. However, I didn't eat horrible either.
Strategies for Success for the Coming Week: Eat more fruits and veggies, take my supplements, and exercise more!!

Non-Scale Victories: I walked 2 days in a row for 20-25 minutes each night. That's a definite victory for me!
Weekly Summary: After my weigh-in last week on Wednesday, I let my 5 pound loss get to my head and splurged a little bit on Wednesday and Thursday, but by the weekend I was ready to go again!
Strategies for Success for the Coming Week: More water for sure!! I want to walk 4 out of 7 days in the week.

Weekly Summary: I gained after being away for almost 2 weeks. Didn't do well with eating out a lot.
NSVs: I bought a large piece of fudge, ate a bit off of a corner, decided it wasn't very good, and threw it away. Surprised myself.
Strategies for Success for the Coming Week: Same as last week: Get back on track (already am) and count evey point. I'm away this weekend, but I'll get lots of exercise, so that will help.
