Total Challenge Pounds Lost: 44.4
Challenge Summary: My goal was to lose 50 pounds, but I am quite happy with losing 44.4! I feel good knowing that I stuck with my healthy plan for all these months, and I had a lot of NSV's along the way. The bottom line is... I've improved my health and life and I lost a lot of weight since the start of the Challenge. I'm happy! :)

Total Challenge Pounds Lost: 10
Challenge Summary: I found this challenge about 3 wks ago as I was taking back up the work to lose weight I had started last June and "lost track of" after surgery last October. It helped me get going and gave me a mini goal to work towards.

I set my goal for 10 lbs and lost those 10 lbs and will keep on striving. Thanks for organizing this one and the first one I found last year (Christmas Challenge). See you for the next one :)

Total Challenge Pounds Lost: 10.8 pounds
Challenge Summary: My goal was to lose 15 pounds (I started the challenge with only 5 weeks left), but as you can see I didn't quite make it. I was on the right track for awhile and headed for success, but I somehow jumped the tracks the last two weeks, lost my focus, and got caught up in an eating frenzy and therefore gained weight instead of lost over the last two weeks. Don't get me wrong, I'm still happy about the weight I lost...I just wish I had kept my focus and pushed forward.

Challenge Summary: I'm not sure I remember what my initial goal was. But I'm happy with my result. I wish I would have been a better blogger though. I didn't get on nearly enough and wasn't the best cheerleader for others either. But I'm proud of all of us! This post is late. I hope you all enjoyed your 4th of July holiday. Best wishes for continued success stories!!!
